Those are some great quotes from some heavy hitters in the entertainment world. I could not wait to put this in my player to see this “visionary provocateur” first hand.

Justice Howard may want to stop the presses to acquire one more quote for the back of her DVD box:

Either Clive, Playboy and Studio 54 were payed off (that is a joke people), or misquoted, or they have to be clinically INSANE! HELLCATS IN HIGH HEELS is nothing more than poorly crafted shots of naked women in different situations. You will see women being painted, covered in latex, wearing dildo high heels (but not using them), fighting with hitchhikers, dancing on a porch, dancing in alley ways, or even in bondage.

There is no story, no rhyme or reason for what happens on the screen. I get the feeling that Ms. Justice Howard sees herself as a genius when it comes to capturing the beauty of a naked woman on screen or in still photos. I have never seen her still photography work but I have seen her work behind the lens of a video camera, and there she is NO genius!

Bad choices in editing techniques and horribly crafted shots make the run time seem about 163 HOURS long. I never thought I would hear myself say that I was sick of seeing naked women...but I was! This flick is tiresome, tedious and dreadfully done.

I really do not know how to review this movie. I mean, how do you write a review on endless hours of naked women in stupid situations without a story and without acting? I don’t know either. So I give up.

If you want a myriad amount of “spanktastic” footage, then maybe HELLCATS IN HIGH HEELS can satisfy that urge. But if you want to see well done eroticism...look elsewhere.
