Someone Got the Most Convincing Footage Of A Ghost I've Ever Seen!

bloody disgusting - Sun, 02/23/2014 - 21:38

Something that we don’t talk about often on Bloody-Disgusting are videos or images that purportedly show a ghost in real life. Why? Because it’s so hard to prove anything. Often times we get excited only to have the rug torn out from under us as the images are debunked, the curtain pulled back to reveal the proverbial wizard.

But this is different. This is real. This is undeniable. Below are four .GIFs that show a ghost and there is no way that it can be false. I dare anyone of you to tell me that this is fake. I DOUBLE dare you!

Dinner for Fiends - In Carcosa

Dread Central - Sun, 02/23/2014 - 18:58

No. Your eyes do not deceive you. There's already another edition of Dinner for Fiends. This is part of our effort to do them a bit shorter in length and on a more frequent basis. Though I am missing the "It's been so long since we last did a DFF that..." jokes. That being said, over an hour of auditory goodness awaits. Feast.

On this menu you’ll mostly hear from me, Matt, Buz, and Andrew (Foy was unable to join us due to needed work at master control) as we spend most of the time discussing “True Detective," the finer points of Nurse along with its star - Paz De La Huerta's commanding vagina, and little known flicks that NEED a Blu-ray release badly.

Other topics covered include:

  • Religion
  • Carcosa
  • Andrew planting his seed
  • Carcosa
  • Buz being a tiny dictator

NBC’s DC Comics adaptation “Constantine” has found its leading man as THR writes that “Criminal Minds” alum Matt Ryan is near a deal to star in the drama based on the “Hellblazer” graphic novels.

‘Constantine’ centers on master of the occult John Constantine, who struggles with his faith as he is haunted by the sins of his past and is suddenly thrust into the role of defending humanity from the gathering forces of darkness.

John is described as a working-class Londoner with deadpan humor who is a mysterious conman and occult detective
haunted by the recent loss of a young girl’s soul. No stranger to the dark underworld that exists parallel to our own, Constantine has been studying the dark arts since he was a teenager. He’s taught himself spells, rituals, curses and conjuring, but the one person he most wishes to see — his mother, who died giving birth to him — remains out of reach, at least so far. When Liv, the daughter of a late friend, is targeted by demons, Constantine steps in to save her and the two form an alliance.

“Dexter’s” Daniel Cerone will pen the script with Batman Begins‘ David Goyer attached to executive produce. Neill Marshall (“Game of Thrones”, Dog Soldiers, Doomsday) will direct the pilot for the Warner Bros. Television drama.

How Not to Get an Actor to Be in Your Zombie Movie

    Dread Central - Fri, 02/21/2014 - 20:05

Working on the inside of the movie business, we've been privy to some things that are so completely far-fetched that they will leave you scratching your head. Case in point: this conversation actor Patrick Hercamp had with filmmaker Ivann DeCarlo.

Apparently DeCarlo had contacted Hercamp about being in his upcoming zombie movie. The results are... well, you just have to read it yourself.

Much respect to Hercamp for handling this situation with dignity and grace. But before you go on a witch hunt for DeCarlo, AND YOU SHOULDN'T as people like this are better off left alone, Hercamp offers this nugget of wisdom on his Facebook page...

"Even though I was verbally abused and threatened by this guy...don't stoop to his level and go out on a witch hunt for him. It was more of a cautionary tale of what people to avoid."

Amen to that, Patrick. Pure class. God love ya!
