WRITERS-Please send an e-mail query to Horrorview@aol.com expressing what it is you are interested in submitting before sending anything over.

DISTRIBUTORS/STUDIOS/PUBLISHERS: If you would like to send in materials for Horrorview.com staff to review, send them on in! We can't guarantee we'll review everything we recieve, but we'll certainly try! To increase your chances of getting your film, book, zine, or other project reviewed here, please mail to the appropriate person listed below, and do read the "rules" before sending us anything.

The Rules (For They Shall Not Be Broken!):

1) VHS tapes are accepted, but, due to the volume of material we recieve, DVD/DVD-R is preferred (and cheaper for you to mail!).

2) Please include some form of contact information (business card, e-mail, phone number, etc,) other than your return address, so we can notify you when your submission has been reviewed. Any other press materials are appreciated.

3) Please don't write us a hundred times to ask when your submission will be reviewed, unless a specific release date was discussed in advance. Submissions with legitimate retail release dates will take priority. Our reviewers are assigned films regularly, and will eventually get to your submission. Writing us and asking where your review is several times a week will only make us hate you and make us less likely to view your submission (or, more likely, burn it in effigy).

4) Be aware that, while we aren't "professional" critics, our duty here is to honestly report our feelings regarding a submission. If we don't like what you've sent us, we WILL report that in our review. If you are confident in the quality of your work, by all means, send it in. However, if you are considering sending us a tape of a "film" you made when you dropped acid with a bunch of friends, please, reconsider!!

5) All submissions become the property of Horrorview.com. We do not return submissions.
